This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 11.2.2019 vide CSR.No.281/2019 dated 11.2.2019 given by the petitioner herein and to take appropriate action against the accused person and to file a detailed report before this Court within a stipulated time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
