The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.729 of 2018, a suit for permanent injunction. 2.Considering the prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

3. It is seen from the E-Court endorsements that have been produced that the trial of the suit has been going on for nearly a year and various applications have been filed to drag on the proceedings of the suit.

4. Taking into account the fact that the OS is almost three years old, the IV Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
