2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, insurance company who is the contesting respondent has no objection to the transfer and accordingly this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and M.C.O.P.Nos.137 and 117 of 2020 pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the file of the Special Sub Judge Court-I at Villupuram, is withdrawn and transfer to the file of the II Additional District Judge Court at Ranipet. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
