The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to serve the copy of the documents 1 to 4 referred by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A4/1910/2013 dated 02.09.2013. Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate and perused the records.

In the light of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court without going into the merits, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2013 and pass appropriate orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
