ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of G.W.O.P.No.378 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chengelpet.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 19.08.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Principal District Judge, 1/3

Chengelpet as to how long she will take for disposal of the Original Petition. The learned Judge sent a report stating that she would require one year to dispose of the Original Petition.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet, there shall be a direction to her to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.378 of 2023 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
