Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to forthwith grant Patta for the property of the Petitioner namely the Plot Number 52, comprised in Survey No.2-Part, of Pattaravakkam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by considering and passing orders on the Application of the Petitioner dated 09.06.2017 and 22.01.2018.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the applications dated 09.06.2017 and 22.01.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. 1021/2019/C1 dated 09.08.2019 passed by the Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
