This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10811 of in Crl.O.P.No.14104 of 2021 on 26.10.2021 to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 15.07.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
