Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records pertaining to the order of rejection of the petitioner's educational loan application dated 25.09.2018 by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the educational loan as sought by the petitioner for the entire B.Sc (Nursing) Course. ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed questioning the rejection of the application dated 25.09.2018 by the 2nd and 3rd respondents to sanction educational loan to the petitioner.

2. The relief as sought for lost its relevance on account of efflux of time, since the petitioner has already completed the course. More so, the educational loan through advance are granted under Special schemes and

thus, cannot be an absolute right. In the present case, the case of the petitioner was not considered and the application was rejected in the year 2018 and now five years lapsed. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as such sought for.
