Minor Indhuja v. Padmavathi

CRP No.2867 of 2022 C.R.P.No.2867 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This Court vide order dated 13.09.2022 has directed the Sub Court, Perambalur to dispose of the case in O.S.No.39 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Sub Court, Perambalur has now sought for extension of three months time by letter dated 01.09.2023 to dispose of the case stating that the plaintiff has filed totally six interim applications, after getting an order from this Court and the court below had disposed of all the interim applications.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.
