ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 379 of I.P.C in Crime No.17 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail application filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons broke open the De-facto Complainant's car glass and looted laptop and other valuable goods when it was parked in the Defacto Complainant's apartment. Hence the complaint. 3.It is seen from records that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous orders, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.No.15841 of 2021 and in Crl.O.P.No.19587 of 2021 were passed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
