This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 978 days in representing the above AS.SR.No.141687 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned, however, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
