ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420, 380 of IPC in Crime No.309 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners approached the de-facto complainant saying that they are providing special balm for paralysis attacked persons and believing the sugar coated words of the petitioners, the de-facto complainant allowed them to give treatment to his ailing mother and thereby the petitioners stolen 3 sovereigns of gold chain from the de-facto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are selling body pain ointment (thailam) in order to meet their day to day needs. He further submitted that the 1st petitioner's father in law is manufacturing Siddha medicines for body pain and the petitioners were selling the same. However, due to wreck vengeance, they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the second bail application filed by the petitioners and this Court has already dismissed the earlier bail application of the petitioners. He further submitted that the petitioners are not qualified Siddha Doctors and have cheated the de-facto complainant in the name of giving treatment and have stolen 3 sovereigns. He further submitted that there are two previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioners. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.in view of the fact that there is no change of circumstances pointed out, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
