ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.210 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.09.2021, two unknown persons came and thrown chilli powder on the face of the defacto complainant and plucked bags from the defacto complainant and escaped from that place in their vehicle. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the co-accused was already enlarged on bail by this Court in Crl.OP.No.20845 of 2021 dated 02.11.2021. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore in Crl.MP.No.4348 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021. He further submits that the petitioner is having one previous case. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by both counsel and also the fact that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 10/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
