1. This Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned order, dated 21.05.2026, passed in Crl.MP.No.10975 of 2025.

2. Heard Mr.Joshua H.Samuel, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Dinesh, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the matter is urgent and that the Petitioner apprehends that as per the impugned order dated 21.05.2026, the money to the tune of Rs.27,28,124/- may be withdrawn by the 3rd Respondent. Thus, the learned counsel submits that there are technical formalities in getting the certified copy of the impugned order and some other reasons have also been stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and hence, production of certified copy of the impugned order may be dispensed with and that on the next date of hearing fixed, he will produce the certified copy of the impugned order before this Court, by way of a supplementary affidavit.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the 1st Respondent has no 1/3

objection to the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the grounds taken in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, production of the certified copy of the impugned order is dispensed with, till the date of next hearing. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to produce the certified copy of the impugned order dated 21.05.2026, passed in Crl.MP.No.1097 of 2025, by the Judicial Magistrate IV, Coimbatore, by way of a supplementary affidavit, on the next date of hearing fixed. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.

6. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order, immediately.
