This petition has been filed consequent to the death of the writ petitioner on 28.07.2018, by the legal representatives seeking to substitute themselves in the place of the writ petitioner.

2.Since the writ petition has been filed seeking to re-fix the pension and involves monetary benefits which may accrue, if orders are passed to the advantage of the petitioner, it would only be appropriate that the legal representatives are recognized to be substituted as petitioners to prosecute the writ petition further. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ petition.
