ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the HMOP No.55 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee and transfer the same to the file of the HMOP No.16 of 2020 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Villupuram. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Villupuram, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2020. The learned Judge, Family Court, Villupuram, is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
