This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order to exclude the third respondent from the direction to furnish copy of the order. The modification is sought for on the ground that the third respondent has nothing to do with the declaration of the petitioner as a wilful defaulter, but the third respondent only publishes credit information.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows: "to issue a of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to furnish a copy of the order declaring the petitioner as a wilful defaulter so as to enable the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law."

Paragraph 4 of the order dated 08.12.2022 modification of which is sought for, reads as follows:

"4. Hence the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to furnish the copy of the order declaring the petitioner as a wilful defaulter and the report of the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs."

3. The direction is general in nature to the respondents in the Writ petition and not to the third respondent. The third respondent can always inform the petitioner that it is not in possession of such orders and be done with it. Hence I see no reason for modification. The petition is therefore dismissed.
