ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been preferred as against the order 29.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.31879 of 2023 in C.C.No.2147 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore, thereby dismissing the petition to discharge the petitioner.

2. The case of the prosecution is that all the accused conspired together and had misappropriated Rs.13,29,68,809/- from the period 03.04.2013 to 08.01.2019. The petitioner is arrayed as the fourth accused. While he was working as Senior Clerk in the complainant society, he had misappropriated the society money to the tune of Rs.2,14,74,000/- .

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that there are clinching material to charge the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 408, 467, 471, 477A IPC. That apart now the charges have been framed as against all the accused persons on 12.05.2025 itself and summons also issued. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
