ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of representation dated 09.04.2026 for his release from the Central Prison, Cuddalore invoking G.O. (Ms).No.430 Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 11.08.2023.

2. Mr.Malarvannan, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents, confirms the receipt of representation and seeks some time to dispose the same.

3. Hence there is a direction to R1 to consider the representation dated 09.04.2026 in line with G.O.(Ms).No.430 Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 11.08.2023 and applicable Rules and dispose the same within eight (8) weeks from today.
