ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J) This review application is filed seeking to review the order dated 27.04.2021 passed in W.A.No.1713 of 2019 along with a batch of writ appeals.

2. After hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the review application, this Court finds no merit in any of the arguments. Though the learned counsel for the review applicant relies upon two judgments, which are found in the typed set, this Court finds no relevance to any of the points on which the applicant seeks review.

3. The learned counsel submits that paragraph 16 of the order under review is contrary to Section 14A of the Tamil Nadu Recognised

Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973. This Court is unable to appreciate the argument. The submission of the learned counsel is that Section 14A of the Act cannot be applied to vocational teachers. This submission also has no legal basis. Be that as it may, the review applicant has not raised any ground which can be considered under Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC. This Court is unable to find any error apparent on the face of the record. As it has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, even where the error is not apparent but has to be detected by a process of reasoning, a review cannot be entertained. Therefore, this review application is dismissed. No costs. (S.S.S.R., J.) (S.S.K., J.) 07.08.2024 Index : Yes/No NC : Yes/No sra To
