The petitioners has filed this petition with the following prayers; (i) to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the petition to restore the recall petition in Crl.M.P.SR.No.10991 of 2023 which was dismissed for default, by order dated 27.06.2023 by this Court.

(ii) to restore the recall petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.SR.No.10991 of 2023 which was dismissed for default by order dated 27.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent as well as the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 2 to 4.
