This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15440 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022, passed by this Court to stay at Thirukazhukundram and report before the Inspector of Police, Thirukazhukundram Police Station, Thirukazhukundram daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15440 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
