The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 08.07.2022 and 25.08.2022 submitted by the petitioner association, conduct an enquiry by affording an opportunity of hearing and to pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the President of Aaladi Road Pagudhivaaz Kudiyirupoor Nala Sangam and the said Sangam made representation to the respondents seeking issuance of patta in favour of its members and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 2/4

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.07.2022 and 25.08.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated dated 08.07.2022 and 25.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
