DHANABAL.J., When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the de facto complainant had given a complaint against the petitioner and thereafter the said complaint has been withdrawn by the de facto complainant. Hence, no case is pending against the petitioner.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
