This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to produce the first, second and third accused before the trial Court and consequentially direct the trial Court to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No.88 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police were not able to serve summons on A1, A2 and A3, whereas, A4 is regularly appearing before the Court.

4. Today, M.V.Bharathi, the Sub Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Team II, EDF Teams is present before this Court.

5. The respondent police is directed to ensure service of summons on A1 to A3 and if they are evading, it is open to them to obtain necessary necessary warrant for execution in order to secure their presence before the trial Court. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
