2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr.Suresh, Police Constable, Grade I, R3, Ashok Nagar Police Station is present.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.857/2016 was completed and the case was closed as "mistake of fact".
