This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the appeal under Section 83 of the Employees State Insurance Act. 2.Mr. TNC. Kauhsik, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents and undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents and stated no objection for allowing these petitions.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
