A. No.4684 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of proceedings in O.P. No.28 of 2021, which was abated on 11.04.2021 to enable the legal heirs to continue the proceedings; b) A. No.4685 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement of proceedings in O.P. No.28 of 2021, which was abated on 11.04.2021 to enable the legal heirs to continue proceedings and c) A. No.4686 of 2021 has been filed to bring legal heirs viz., (1) S. Kalpana Jebamani 2) N.Prince Ebenezer and 3) N.Kingley Eleazer on record as petitioners to enable the legal heirs to continue the proceedings.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out amendment in the main OP. After carrying out amendment, Registry is directed to list the matter on 24.01.2022.
