ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to take his complaint dated 22.04.2019 on record, register the case, investigate the same, apprehend all accused, frame charges against them for the offence of fraud, forgery, cheating, impersonation, tampering of Government records and land grabbing and prosecute and punish them in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
