A.No.4235 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.166 of 2023 P.T. ASHA, J, The above application is filed to permit the plaintiff to amend the existing application in O.A.No.594 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.166 of 2023 for the reliefs as sought for by amending the existing prayer.

2. Considering the earlier order dated 08.08.2023 in A.No.4073 of 2023, the above application is ordered as prayed for.

3. The plaintiff shall carry out the amendment and file the amended copy of the plaint within a period of one week from today.

4. Post the matter on 23.08.2023.

5. Interim order already granted by this Court on 30.06.2023 in O.A.No.594 of 2023 is extended till then.

6. The learned counsel for the respondent is directed to file their counter by then.
