This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.13143 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, while observing the condition in this case, petitioner was arrested in Crime No.93 of 2023 on the file of the Ariyankuppam Police Station and was in Judicial Custody from 02.07.2023 to 17.07.2023.

Subsequently, he was granted bail and observing condition in that case and therefore, he was not able to observe the condition in this case.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor for Puducherry submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed on 16.06.2023 before the concerned Magistrate and the same is yet to be taken on file.
