The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to furnish him with details of subway proposed to be constructed in Level Crossing No.81 at New Town, Vaniyambadi.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the process of finalising alignment for proposed construction of subway is going on and no final decisions are taken in this regard. After getting necessary approval from the Competent Authority, the latest construction details of the subway and the status of the land acquisition proceedings will be notified to the land owners by Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition and Management, Vellore.

Pleader for the respondents is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
