O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to appoint him as computer teacher based on the marks obtained by him in the competitive examination held on 12.10.2008.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the proceedings dated 20.11.2014 on the file of the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

whereby and where under the second respondent informed the petitioner that he acquired 85 marks in the test conducted and his name was recommended to the Director of School Education for further action.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The third respondent is directed to take appropriate action, pursuant to the recommendations made by the second respondent vide proceedings dated 20.11.2014.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
