This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 325 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 24.01.2019 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.157 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 325 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
