This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking leave to file an Appeal against the judgment dated 25.07.2022 passed in C.C.No.22 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, (Magistrate Level) at Thiruvannamalai.

2. Respondent entered appearance through his counsel.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that there is no perversity in the order passed by the Court below and there is no ground to admit this Criminal Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the grounds of appeal.

5. Since there are arguable points in the grounds of appeal, leave is granted.
