Though the petition has been filed to withdraw the suit in OS.No.158 of 2017, pending on the file of the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal and transfer the same to the District Court, Trichy, both the parties consented that the suit may be transferred to the file of the District Court, Karur.

2. Accordingly, the petition is allowed on consent. The suit pending on the file of the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the District Court, Karur. The learned District Judge, Karur, shall issue summons to both the parties after taking the case on file. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
