This application has been filed to condone the delay of 4854 days in re-presenting the above cross objection.

2. As a matter of fact, CMP.No.15093 of 2025 had come up for consideration before this Court on 03.07.2025 and that Petition had been filed seeking permission to re-construct the cross objection papers which had been apparently misplaced. This Court on considering the facts, had directed re-construction of the cross objection papers. However, when the papers were re-presented, the delay in re-presentation would commence from the original date on which it had been returned. That delay is only consequential and no intention can be attributed to it. Hence, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
