Mr. G. Mohan, learned counsel on record for WMP petitioner, expresses regret for having missed the matter yesterday (02.09.2025) and tenders apology therefor.

Apology is accepted. Caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' shall stand deleted.

Learned counsel draws our attention to paragraph 4 of the support affidavit and submits that the counsel was held up in traffic snarl and hence, could not reach the Court in time. Issue notice to respondents.
