Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Sub-Court, Arakonam to dispose the HMOP.No.30 of 2018.

The petitioner seeks early disposal of HMOP.No.30 of 2018 at an early date.

2.It is seen from the records that the matter was referred to Mediation and Mediation failed. It is also seen that an application under Section 13(B) of Hindu Marriage Act was filed and the same was also dismissed because of the non cooperation of the respondent wife.

3.Considering the above and the pendency of the original petition for more than three years, the Subordinate Judge, Arakonam is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.30 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of either the web copy or the certified copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
