The present Application has been filed by the applicant/ defendant to condone delay in filing the Additional documents as detailed in the Judges Summons and mark the same as exhibits in the above suit.
2. Mr.S.Rajendrankumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said application and the additional documents may be marked subject to proof and relevancy.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration the fact that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application subject to proof and relevancy, this application in A.No.3821 of 2025 in C.S.No.35 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for, however, subject to proof, relevance and admissibility.
5. The matter is relegated back to the learned Additional Master - I for recording evidence on the side of the defendant on 28.08.2025. 07-08-2025 dsa
