Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or may other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of writ, to direct respondents 1 and 2 to stop the festival activity at "Arulmegu Ponkaliamman and Mariamman Temples" at Munjanur Village, Namakkal district which in violations of the procedures followed for more than 200 years and to conduct peace meeting among the common public to resolve objections raised by considering the representation dated 26.07.24 in accordance with law.
