O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is residing at Chennai, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2019 from the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

According to the Petitioner, it would be difficult for her to travel all the way from Chennai to attend the hearings in H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, along with her child.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that, the Respondent has no objection to transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2019 from the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai to the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2019 is transferred from the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, for trial. The Principal Family Court, Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjourning the matter beyond 30 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above.

No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.20452 of 2019 is closed.
