Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 30.06.2006 in No.800006/6/D-406/135/E8 of the first respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the first respondent herein to renew and reclassify the petitioner as a Contractor for the period from 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2010 and include the name of the petitioner under Class-D in the approved list of Contractors with effect from 01.01.2006.
