Learned counsel for the plaintiff has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application to implead the applicant herein as the proposed defendant in the suit CS.No.207 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the defendants 2 and 3 seeks time to file counter. However, this Court is of the considered view that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the defendants 2 & 3 in the main suit, this application can be allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the defendants 2 and 3 in the main suit.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to serve a copy of the amended plaint on the respective counsels appearing for the defendants.

5. Mr.P.B.Balaji, learned counsel for the first defendant would submit that he has given change of vakalat.

6. Registry is directed to verify whether any new counsel has entered

appearance on behalf of the first defendant and if so, print the name of the new counsel for the first defendant, else print the name of the first defendant in the cause list and list the matter on 13.01.2022. 09.12.2021 nl ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
