This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first to fifth respondents to consider the representation dated 28.07.2021 and consequently to attach the property of the sixth respondent. 2/5

2. After a period of three years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and that apart, it is a complaint. If the Police Personnel did not take any action, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate relief. Therefore, the direction sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered.
