O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 1st respondent to survey his land in Survey No.13/3D situated at Thadinaickenpatti (Veerachikupam) village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. According to the petitioner, he purchased 0.5.00 hectares of land in the above mentioned Survey No.13/3D. He submitted a representation on 15.03.2024 seeking survey and sub-division of the above mentioned land. The said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he is before this Court.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the 1st respondent, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
