2. Today(23.08.2017), when the writ petitions were taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Ram Kumar, learned counsel appearing for M/s.A.L.Ganthimathi, petitioners' counsel submitted that the prayer in these writ petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in these writ petitions to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners' counsel, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
