Application No.5256 of 2023 in O.P.No.389 of 2020 N.SAHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed to amend the petition for grant of Letters of Administration in O.P.No.389 of 2020 and affidavit of assets by incorporating the details in the schedule.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that unless the values are amended in Letters of Administration, they may not be in a position to realize the amount.

3. According to the petitioners, at the time of filing of the Original Petition, Rs.2,40,000/- was shown as the Fixed Deposits left by the deceased, but the actual amount which is lying is only Rs.2,12,086/-. Likewise, gross value of the estate and net value of the estate in Schedule A are to be corrected as Rs.43,88,000/- and Rs.43,68,000/ instead of Rs.44,16,000/- and Rs. 43,96,000/- respectively. .
