The learned Standing Counsel on instructions submitted that the petitioner has given a letter agreeing to withdraw the writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner by placing reliance on the letter sent by the petitioner 16.02.2015 submitted that the petitioner was given assurance by TASMAC that he would be given employment and as such, he is withdrawing the writ petition with liberty.
