Sub.Application No.751 of 2023 in Contempt Petition No.523 of 2022 S.S.SUNDAR, J and SUNDER MOHAN, J [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J] This Court while passing the order on 03.08.2023 recorded the submission of learned Additional Advocate General that the person by name Mr.S.Sridhar who has been shown as 9th respondent in the contempt petition has not been served as Sub-Registrar, T.Nagar and his name has been included by mistake.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has found that the name of 8th respondent has also been wrongly shown and therefore, the present petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title by substituting the names of 8th and 9th respondents.

3. It is stated that the name of Mr.U.Shivakumar, SubRegistrar, Adayar should come in the place of 8th respondent and the name of Mr.S.Raja, Sub-Registrar, T.Nagar should come in the place of 9th respondent.

4. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this sub-application is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to make necessary and consequential amendments.

For counter of the private respondents, post the contempt petition after two weeks.
